Delete your account and data

Delete in the app

Open Scrollshelf and sign in. Go to Settings → Delete Account, then confirm. Your account and the data listed below are removed immediately. This cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email contact@lumiostudio.co from the address linked to your account. Use the subject “Scrollshelf Account Deletion Request”. We verify your identity, complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

Data we delete

Your sign-in identity, profile, saved links and notes, transcripts, summaries, key points, tags, shelves, account activity and registered devices, including notification tokens.

Data that may remain

Apple and Google hold subscription and purchase records; we do not store payment information. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription.

Anonymous aggregate analytics that cannot be linked to you may remain. Records required for tax, fraud prevention or accounting are kept only for the legally required period.

Timing and contact

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are completed within 30 days after identity verification. Legally retained data is deleted or anonymized when its retention period ends. Questions:
